The celebrity hairstylist, 40, and actor, 29, have asked the court to sign a written agreement waiving spousal support. The declaration of default was filed to the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County on Thursday, June 6.
After almost seven months of marriage, Appleton filed for divorce from Gage in November 2023.
The duo first sparked romance rumors in February 2023 when they posted about their trip to Mexico. They made their red carpet debut the following month at the Vanity Fair Campaign Hollywood and TikTok Celebrate Vanities: A Night For Young Hollywood event, where they posed together in coordinating black and white looks.
During a March appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Appleton, who works with stars like Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez, confirmed his relationship with Gage.
After sparking marriage rumors at the Daily Front Row Fashion L.A. Awards shortly after, Gage confirmed on Instagram that he and Appleton had tied the knot.
