The Impermanence of Life: Embracing Change with a Calm Mind

Time flows like water, everything is always changing, gains and losses are impermanent, good and bad luck are intertwined, life is inherently impermanent like that. Even if everything is beautiful, we find it difficult to keep it for long, what should come will come, what should go will go, everything depends on fate.

In life, we will meet many people, experience many things, but only one thing does not change, that is impermanence.
In a year, the four seasons change, the weather is different, a life of mixed joy and sadness, everything is experienced. Therefore, keeping a calm mind, adapting to that change is the most correct attitude. The moon is full and then waning, all things transform, fresh flowers will wither, water will overflow. Don’t worry too much and hold on to things that no longer belong to you.
