Robert Irwin, son of late Crocodile Hunter legend Steve Irwin, and Rorie Buckey, niece of late Joker actor Heath Ledger, hard-launched their relationship on Instagram!
The couple walked the red carpet together at the Australian premiere of Mission: Impossible—Dead Reckoning Part One back in July 2023, so their relationship wasn’t a total secret, but neither of them posted any pictures from the event, so most of his Insta followers were in for a surprise when they opened the app on Thursday and saw the adorable selfie Rob posted featuring Rorie snuggling up to him as they both smiled happily. Rorie ended up making that her IG profile pic. 🥹
Rob’s sister Bindi gave her older sis stamp of approval, commenting, “❤️ Love you both!” The majority of the comment section, however, was hilariously filled with the broken hearts from his fans who wanted to date Robert themselves.

Relationship rumors around Robert and Rorie initially sparked in November 2022 when Australian magazine New Idea spotted them having a beach date in Queensland. They were then seen together again in December 2022 celebrating Rob’s birthday at Australia Zoo.
