Old man here, be good to yourself. You’re not without worth, you’re in need of a deep breath and a minute to think. I know it sucks, sometimes it sucks for a long time but you gave to be your own ally, not the tool of your own destruction. Keep at it, it gets better.
I’ve seen lows you wouldn’t believe and I’m still here to say that as long as you’re not dead, fight for what you want.
