In life, adversity often brings a lot of pain and frustration. Many people fall into the brink of collapse when faced with difficulties and fatigue. But in fact, adversity is not just a challenge, it is also an important driving force for our growth. Just as tea leaves need to be baptized by boiling water to show their charming flavor, our lives also need to be tempered to bloom their true value.

For example, life is like a cup of fragrant tea, and the process of our practice is like that pot of boiling hot water. Tea leaves are soaked in hot water, constantly releasing fragrance and flavor; we are in adversity, we are also exercising our will and improving our mental state. Through hard work, we can overcome all difficulties. Although this process is painful, it is an indispensable part of life.

In the end, only through rigorous tempering and unremitting efforts can we create miracles in life and leave immortal monuments. Every failure and setback is a step towards success. The meaning of life is not whether it is smooth sailing, but that after experiencing hardships, we can still stand up bravely and move forward. Drawing nourishment from adversity and growing into a stronger self is one of the important goals of life.
